I love this exercise, but the pace used in this particular rendition is so fast that it’s distracting because I keep having to pause. Otherwise, it’s lovely!

What music is used for the meditation part? My brain spent the first 2-3 minutes just following the music cause it's so much louder than you're voice and trying to figure out what it's from. I had to stop it rewind it and continually tell my mind to stop trying to figure out what movie/show it was from and to focus on the meditation itself. I'm about to try and restart it again now but I know the musical riddle will bother me until i figure it out.

My propose is something I've always love doing but never thought I would say I want to actually help and others with my life coach. once got the propose it was very touching to me I had no word just tears because this was so me. Thank you ladies that was wonderful, so many good nuggets. You don't get to choose the lessons the universe lines you up for in life. But, you get the opportunity to make and take away some beautiful things from those lessons. Drop the rope!
